    About the Author
    Capt. Dr. Sunaina has fourteen years of diverse and enriching experience in administration, management, education, teaching and training. She is a certified life coach from YAARI International Non-Profit Organization, San Francisco, California, USA. She served with the Indian Army as an Intelligence Corps Officer. She has also worked with Delhi University and IILM Management School.

    She has done her graduation in Psychology Hons. from Indraprastha College of Delhi University and Masters from Panjab University, Chandigarh. She has also done MBA (HR) from Symbiosis Pune and Ph.D. in Positive Psychology.

    Her areas of interest are Career Development, Stress Management, Sports Psychology, Employability and Enterprise Skills Development, Personality Development and Research. She has attended and presented papers in National and International Conferences. Many of her papers got published in International Journals of Psychology and management. She is a life time member of Indian Career Development Association (ICDA), Haryana Psychological Association, Indian Academy of Health Psychology (IAHP) and Association of Positive Psychology. She conducts educational training and workshops for students, teachers and parents. She has pioneered an awareness programme on “Mindful Parenting”, “Skills to Succeed” and “Crafting a Career”.
