The delivery of the books are chargeable. Customer is requested to re-confirm about the delivery charges in case of any doubt with our executive.
Books will be dispatched via courier service or the best option available at that time. We ensure that the books must be dispatched within two to three working days after receiving the full and final payment or in case of Cash on Delivery mode. Order will be dispatched only after receiving the clear information about correct address, contact number and contact person as refer to the customer registration form filled and submitted by the customer to avoid any further delay.
Your total bill including the cost of book/ books and delivery charges, where applicable will be clearly shared by our executive via phone, mail or SMS. If you have any doubt you can re-confirm the same with our executive and then only validate or confirm the order. Kindly note delivery charges will be vary from state to state, where we ensure that you must be charged lowest or as on actual basis. To expedite the delivery process customer are requested to share the most efficient or active courier service of your area, city or state so we may coordinate accordingly.
Presently most of the reputed courier services are working online so now the customer can track his parcel/ consignment online with his docket number, which will be mailed/ or sent to the customer along with the complete order confirmation details etc.
Cancellation of order is not permissible in case once the order confirmed/ payment received/ or credited in our bank account. Because as soon as the order/ payment order got confirmed our company’s mechanism got activated immediately and start processing the instruction to dispatch, accounts and concerned departments.
Technically it become very difficult to stop the process as the product got dispatched to the concerned courier company with clear advance instructions to ensure the prompt and timely delivery of the product.
Note: Customer is therefore humbly request to cross verify and confirm his decision before placing or confirming the order.
