The Author
Dr. Manish Dalal is presently working as Associate Professor and Dean of Faculty of Law, Baba Mast Nath University, Asthal Bohar, Rohtak (Haryana). Previously he has worked as Assistant Professor at Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (Haryana) in 2017-18. Assistant Professor at MERI Professional & Law Institute, Delhi NCR affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak (Haryana) in 2016-17. He has completed his LL.B. from University of Delhi in 2005, LL.M. from Noida International University in 2015, UGC-NET in 2015 and Ph.D. from Baba Mast Nath University, Rohtak (Haryana) in 2020. He has vast teaching experience and practical knowledge in the field of Civil & Criminal Law. He has practiced as an advocate for ten years in District Courts and Punjab & Haryana High Court. He has frequently participated and presented papers in various seminars, workshops and conferences. He has to his credit many research papers which have been published in the National and International Journals. He has also written a book titled “Marital Rape: The Indian and Global Perspective” and various chapters in books. Recently he has delivered ten expert lectures to police officers at Police Training College, Sunaria, Rohtak on the new criminal laws. He has total experience of around 20 years in the field of law.
