    The Editors

    Dr. Anindya Guha is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science, Directorate of Distance Education, North Bengal University (W.B.). Prior to this, he served several academic institutions including Siliguri College, Munshi Premchand College, Gyan Jyoti College and the Indian Institute of Legal Studies. Dr. Guha has to his credit one book, entitled “Regionalism and Gorkhaland Movement : An Analytical Study”. A huge number of articles in National and International Journals of repute. He has also participated in huge number of Seminars and Conferences. He is a Life Member of the Indian Political Science Association.

     Dr. Renuca Rajni Beck (Dutta) is Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at   Siliguri Mahila Mahavidyalaya Siliguri, Darjeeling (W.B.). She has a teaching experience of fourteen years. She has actively worked at the ground level during her course of Ph.D. curriculum. She has interacted with numerous tribal women who are politically empowered and thus has a view of the political scenario at the grassroots level. Dr. Renuca Rajni Beck has attended a huge number of Seminars and Conferences. She has to her credit a substantial number of publications in leading national and international journals. She also has published a book. She is a life member of the Indian Political Science Association.
