    About the Book :

    About the Author
    Dr. Pooja has done her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) in 2007 from Institute of Law, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (Haryana). She obtained her masters degree in 2013 from Department of Laws, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She cleared NET/JRF in the year 2014. She has done her Ph.D. from Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Khanpur, Sonipat (Haryana). Her Ph.D. thesis is on the “Crime of Rape in India : A Critical Study”. She has contributed several articles and papers in leading Journals. She has participated in several international and national level seminars, conferences and symposiums. Her fields of special interests are in criminal law and family law.
