    The Book

Role of Human Resource Accounting in Charitable Health Organizations : Insights and Impact Analysis” is a meticulously researched and comprehensive book that delves into the applications of Human Resource Accounting (HRA) concepts and principles in social work and charitable agencies. The book provides an in-depth exploration of HRA concepts and techniques, as well as its national and international perspectives. It extensively explains how organized philanthropic and charitable institutions can use HRA to quantify in monetary terms—the welfare they create, the sacrifices their service providers make and the value of their human resources. This HRA-based logical and reasonable quantification can help them take strategic decisions and can, not only bolster and justify their competing claims for receiving donations from various donors and agencies but also positively impact how stakeholders and society perceive their work.
